Initial assessment: 

• 1 hour appointment

• Thorough and comprehensive assessment identifying the cause of your problems

• An individual and specific treatment plan is then agreed

• Treatment would normally consist of advice, education, massage, mobilisation, manipulation, strengthening and stretching

• £52 fee

Remote video call initial assessment:

• Up to 1 hour appointment via secure video call

• Thorough and comprehensive assessment identifying the cause of your problems

• An individual and specific treatment plan is then agreed

• Treatment would normally consist of advice, education, specifically tailored; strengthening, stretching, functional restoration programme that is emailed to client as needed

• £40 fee

Follow up appointment​:

• 30 min appointment

• Consisting of treatment as above with progressions as appropriate

• £40 fee

Remote video call follow up appointment​:

• Up to 30 min appointment

• Consisting of treatment as above with progressions as appropriate

• Programme emailed to client as needed

• £30 fee

Massage therapy:​

• 60 min massage appointment- £45 (introductory offer of £33.75 for new/1st time clients)

• 30 min massage appointment- £28 (introductory offer for £21 for new/1st time clients)

• Block booking of 3 x 1 hour massage- £120

• Block booking of 6 x 1 hour massage- £220

BikeFit Assessment:

• 1 hour appointment

• Off bike musculoskeletal screen

• On bike musculoskeletal screen

• Modifications to bike and rider set up

• Detailed report and exercise plan for addressing concerns from screen

• £100 fee

Better Physiotherapy has established strong links with other expert health, medicine and fitness practitioners and are able to refer into these specialties as appropriate.  This includes Edinburgh based Health by Science, personal training and stroke rehab experts.
